Due to the seamless integration of your e-mail application into Visual-Adress you can assign important e-mails to an address. On request they are at your disposal again. Based on the return address each e-mail is assigned to the correct address. If desired this can even be automated.
Visual-Adress copies the e-mail in the MSG-format inclusive formatting, pictures and appendices and leaves the original in the e-mail program, where it can be deleted unconsideredly. In order to save space there is alternatively the possibility to store the e-mails in TXT, RTF or HTML format, whereby appendices and pictures then do not load into the data storage. Less is more, because with the e-mail integration into Visual-Adress you are relieved from the numerous, sometimes overloaded functions of the e-mail application. Only the substantial information is available to your staff.
